As I contemplate Jesus being condemned, I pray at this station, entering into His pain.

I ask to be freed from the temptation to condemn another

I pray for those who have wrongly been condemned

I pray for those who have unjustly condemned me..

Jesus, my redeemer, have mercy on me a sinner.

2ND : JESUS RECEIVES HIS CROSS

As I contemplate the cross that Jesus is asked to carry, I pray at this station, entering into His pain.

I ask for endurance as I carry an invisible cross

I pray for those carrying a heavy cross at this time

I pray for those who are carrying a cross because of the love they have for another who is in need.

Jesus, my redeemer, have mercy on me a sinner.

3RD : JESUS FALLS THE FIRST TIME

As I contemplate the first fall of Jesus on the road to Calvary, I pray at this station, entering into His pain.

I ask to be shown mercy for my failings.

I pray for those who are trying to come to termswith their weakness.

I pray for those who are brought to their knees through the pressures of life's crosses.

Jesus, my redeemer, have mercy on me a sinner.

4TH : JESUS MEETS HIS MOTHER

As I contemplate the meeting that Jesus had with His mother, I pray at this station entering into His pain - and hers.

I pray for mothers who absorb the pain of their suffering children.

I pray for any mother who is in anguish in her helplessness.

I pray for any person who is shamed or humiliated before theis family.

Jesus, my redeemer, have mercy on me a sinner.

5TH : SIMON OF CYRENE HELPS JESUS CARRY HIS CROSS

As I contemplate this moment of assistance given to Jesus, I pray at this station, entering into His pain.

I ask for the grace of intuitionto know when someone is in need of help.

I pray for those who, through their work, help others cope with hardship.

I pray for those who have done an act of kindness towsrds me.

Jesus, my redeemer, have mercy on me a sinner.

6TH : VERONICA WIPES THE FACE OF JESUS

As I contemplate the suffering Christ's meeting with Veronica, I pray at this station, entering into His pain.

I ask for the generosity of Veronica who's speaks to me of tender care.

I pray for carers and nurses who reach out in offering relief to those in pain.

I pray for those who's kindness has left an impression on others.

Jesus, my redeemer, have mercy on me a sinner.

7TH : JESUS FALLS THE SECOND TIME

As I contemplate thesecond fall of Jesus on the road to Calvary, I pray at this station, entering into His pain.

I ask to be shown mercy for my failings.

I pray for those who are vulnerable and disheartened

I pray for all who are struggling to overcome their demons.

Jesus, my redeemer, have mercy on me a sinner.

8TH : JESUS MEETS THE WOMEN OF JERUSALEM

As I contemplate the meeting of Jesus with the women of Jerusalem, I pray at this station, entering into HIs pain.

I stop on this prayer-path and bring to mind those who meet me on the road of life.

I pray for those who are able to offer sympathy and empathy to others.

I pray for those who, in spite of their own needs, reach out to others.

Jesus, my redeemer, have mercy on me a sinner.

9TH : JESUS FALLS THE THIRD TIME

As I contemplateanother fall of Jesus on the road to Calvary, I pray at this station, entering into His pain.

I ask to be shown mercy for my failings.

I pray for anyone who falls again and again and again.

I pray for those who suffer many knocks in life and who are overwhelmed.

Jesus, my redeemer, have mercy on me a sinner.

10TH STATION: JESUS IS STRIPPED OF HIS GARMENTS

As I contemplate the final indignity as Jesus is stripped, I pray at this station, entering HIs pain.

I ask to have a greater respect for the dignity of others.

I pray for those who have been publicly degraded

I pray for anyone who has become addicted to pornography and is disrespectful of the human body.

Jesus, my redeemer, have mercy on me a sinner.

11TH : JESUS IS NAILED TO THE CROSS

As I contemplate the moment of Jesus ' crucifixion, I pray at this station, entering HIs pain.

I ask to be aware of the pain I cause others.

I pray for those who physically abuse or torture another.

I pray for those who have unjustly been crucified to a cross of suffering by another.

Jesus, my redeemer, have mercy on me a sinner.

12TH : JESUS DIES ON THE CROSS

As I contemplate Jesus' death on the cross, I pray at this station, entering His pain.

I remain silent as I meditate on the death of Jesus who died for me.

Jesus, my redeemer, have mercy on me a sinner.

13TH : JESUS IS TAKEN DOWN FROM THE CROSS

As I contemplate Jesus' body being taken down from the cross, I pray.

. . . for the courage to assist those who need to be taken down from a cross.

I pray for those who are struggling, having lost a loved one this year.

Aware that I do not know the hour of my death, I pray. . .

14TH : JESUS IS LAID IN THE TOMB

As I contemplate Jesus who's body is placed in a borrowed tomb, I pray

. . . for undertakers who care for the bodies of the dead

I pray for those who generously support those who are bereaved.
